LAING The Family of the late Betty, would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy, cards, flowers and telephone calls received on the sad passing of their mum, gran and great-gran; special thanks to the staff of Riverside View Care Home for all the excellent care and attention given to Betty; a special thanks to Theresa Kennedy for her help in making Mum's send off, uplifting, humorous and very special; thanks also to Jamie Anderson and staff from James Ashton Funeral Directors for their professionalism, help and guidance, to son-in-law, John, for playing the pipes, staff at the North End Social Club and to all those who paid their last respects at the Crematorium. The sum of £400 was raised for Riverside View Nursing Home.
