RUSSELL Passed away, peacefully, at home, on Wednesday, June 22, 2016, William (Bill), precious husband of Margaret, treasured dad of William, Philip and the late Stephen also a loving grandad. Funeral arrangements later. The family would like to be left in peace to grieve at this time.
