JAMIESON David, Elaine, Cheryl, Lisa and Amy would like to thank all family and friends for their messages of sympathy, flowers, cards and phone calls following their recent sad loss of Dave; sincere thanks to Dr Chung, Sharon Armstrong and staff at Ward 32, Ninewells, Linda Proctor and nurses from Abbey Health Centre, the Rev.
