CLARK Sadly, as a result of an accident, on Monday, September 4, 2017, Fraser, aged 28 years, a dearly loved partner, son, dad, brother, uncle and friend to many. Funeral service at Brechin Cathedral on Friday, September 15, at 12.30 p.m., thereafter to Menmuir Churchyard (extension), to which all relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
