KELBIE Precious memories of my mum, Frances, died July 11, 1996. We have been without you for 23 years. The Heavens took you to be their angel. This month, they took your dad, so now I am privileged to have you both watching over me and my boys. Love you always.-Your daughter, Claire. xxx.
