ELLIS Angie, Tracey and Emma, the Family of the late Dave Ellis, wish to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and colleagues for the kind expressions of sympathy shown to them in their recent loss of Dave; special thanks to Dr Hannah for his care, to the Macmillan Nurses for their visits, help and support given to Dave and family; heartfelt thanks to Dominick Watson for the beautiful service, and to all who paid their last respects to Dave at the service room and graveside and who donated the sum of £357 to Macmillan Nurses.
