McDADE Peacefully, at Rox-burghe House, Dundee, after a long illness bravely borne with great dignity, in the presence of his loving sister, Esther, on Monday, May 25, 2015, Jim, beloved husband of the late Catherine Findlay, much loved dad of the late Allen and James, dear brother of Violet, loving grandad of Caelum and Jaquie and Grandad Jim to Richard, Shannon, Aiden and Sarah, also a loved uncle and brother- in-law. R. I. P. Reception of Remains and Funeral Mass in St Mary's R. C. Church, St Mary's Lane, Lochee on Monday, June 1, at 10 a.m., thereafter to Balgay Cemetery, arriving Glamis Road, entrance approx- imately 11.15 a.m., to which all friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu, if desired, may be given to Roxburghe House at the church.

So sorry to hear of Jim's passing, we have been friends for 45+ years having met when the Family moved to Canada. Too many Fond Memories to print here yet they will help get through those rough times. After we moved, he back to Scotland and me back to Newfoundland, we maintained in contact through social media and telephone. I would like to thank Jim's sister, Esther for keeping in touch and to assure her that she is in Our Thoughts and Prayers.
