PHILIP Peacefully, at home, on Tuesday, September 8, 2015, Raymond Philip, aged 84 (formerly of The St Andrews Woollen Mill), loving husband of Carol, amazing father to Elaine, Steven and Cameron and grandad to seven grandchildren.
