DOW Peacefully, at Perth Royal Infirmary, on Thursday, November 26, 2015, Duncan Meldrum, youngest son of the late Alexander and Catherine Dow, youngest brother of the late Alexander, Andrew and Isabel. Late of British Rail, Post Office Counters and Dunning Village. A friend to many.
