ROY Peacefully, at the Robert Douglas Memorial Home, Scone, on Saturday, January 16, 2016, Elsie Roy (nee Scott), aged 92 (formerly of Blairgowrie), dearly loved wife of the late Arnold, beloved mum of Janet, Valerie and the late Judith and a much loved sister and aunt.
