MARSHALL Peacefully, at Perth Royal Infirmary, on Friday, January 6, 2017, after a long illness, Harry, aged 76 years, beloved husband of Sandra and the late Elaine, dearly loved dad of Suzanne and David and father-in-law of Brian and Judith, a loving grandad to Ewan, Sophie and Findlay, a much respected step-father of Richard and Laura, a dear brother and brother-in-law and a good friend to many. Funeral service will be held at Perth Crematorium on Wednesday, January 18, at 4 p.m., to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. No flowers, please, but if so desired, donations may be given on leaving the Crematorium for Perth & Kinross Society For The Blind.

Harry, until recently was the Chief Executive of our society and contributed to all of our Seminars and in particular our Monitor magazine which he co-authored even when he had lost his sight
Harry will be sadly missed by all in the society and in particular for his gift of bringing people together ,his diplomacy, professionalism but mostly for his sense of humour and ability to cajole speakers from the U.K. and Europe to attend our Seminars and contribute articles for our magazine because of the many contacts and friendships he had gathered throughout his career
