DORWARD Veronica Ann Dorward passed away, peacefully, on Tuesday, January 10, 2017, at Ninewells Hospital, aged 80, after a long and dignified battle with Alzheimers. She will be missed terribly by her loving family, husband George, five children and 12 grandchildren, through her involvement with the church and the many years nursing at Kings Cross. She was a friendly face to many. Reception of Remains at 6 p.m., on Friday, January 20, at St Bride's R. C. Church, Brook Street, Monifieth, Veronica's Funeral Mass will take place at 9.30 a.m., on Saturday, January 21, interment thereafter in Barnhill Cemetery, arriving main gate, approximately 10.55 a.m. All those who knew her are very much welcome. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Alzheimer Scotland, will be received at the church.
