PALMER Zoe Polanska Palmer, dearly beloved wife of the late Arthur Palmer, passed away, peacefully, on Thursday, February 16, 2017, at Ninewells Hospital. Zoe will be very much missed by her family and her many, many friends. A celebration of her life will be held in St Mary's Episcopal Church, Queen Street, Broughty Ferry, on Friday, February 24, at 1 p.m., with interment thereafter at Barnhill Cemetery. All family and friends are respectfully invited.
