WALKER Kate, Frank and Heather would like to thank their families and friends for their support and for the many kind expressions of sympathy shown after the recent loss of Charlie; thanks also to all those who paid their last respects in Kirkmichael Parish Church and at Sillerburn Cemetery and generously donated £743.11 to Ward 32, Ninewells Hospital; many thanks to the Rev. Linda Stewart for a lovely service, which struck a chord with everyone who knew Charlie, to Billy and Margot Mackay and staff, of David Scott Funeral Directors, who were so kind and helpful and to the Strathardle Inn, who provided a wonderful venue for all the subsequent story-telling, as well as excellent fare.
