HAGGART Tragically, on Saturday, July 22, 2017. William (Billy), loving son of Billy and Jennifer, cherished brother of Lucy, Sophie and Ryan, a much loved grandson and sadly missed friend to many. A celebration of Billy's life to be held in Kettins Parish Church on Tuesday, August 8, at 10.30 a.m., followed by interment in the churchyard to which all relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only, please. Donations, at the church, if so desired, to Blairgowrie Rugby Club.
