SMITH Aileen and the family would like to thank all who attended Campbell's funeral service and to the Rev. Donald Campbell for coming out of retiral to conduct the service with such grace; thanks for all the cards, letters, visits and help before and following Campbell's death; special thanks to our GP's and staff at the Green Practice, Whitefriars, Campbell's care team in Ward 32, Ninewells, and to our Macmillan nurse; the generous donations of around £600 will be divided between Ward 32 and Macmillan Cancer Care; finally, thanks to John Gauld and his team for guiding us throughout the funeral process. Rest in peace my amazing Campbell. xx.
