HART Peacefully, in St Andrews Community Hospital, on Wednesday, September 27, 2017, Philip (Phil) of Tayport (formerly Cupar), aged 74 years, beloved husband of Marcia and a dear friend to many. A graveside funeral service will be held in Vicarsford Cemetery on Thursday, October 5, at 1.30 p.m., to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. No flowers, please.
