CREGAN A little prince has been born to Claire Feeney and Mark Cregan on December 11, 2017, at 10.11 p.m., weighing 8 lb 6 oz. Edward Mark David Cregan (Teddy) is an adorable first grandchild for Wendy and David Feeney and Catherine and Tommy Cregan, a great-grandson for Helen and William, and Tim and Iris, a nephew for Adam. A special thanks to midwives Lucy McIndoe and Becky Weir, at Ninewells Hospital.
