MACDONALD John, husband of the late Veronica Macdonald, would like to sincerely thank all friends, family and neighbours for the show of sympathy received in the recent sad loss; many thanks to Father Mark Cassidy, who performed a memorable service, befitting of Veronica, and also to James Ashton Funeral Directors; special thanks to Strachan care workers, district nurses, and first and foremost, May, Betty, Emily and Edith who gave me the moral support needed for the long term care Veronica required; thanks most of all to Alison who cared for Veronica on a full time basis, making sure she retained her dignity throughout the worst term of her illness.
