BROWN Peacefully, in the warm, exemplary care of the staff at Balhousie Luncarty Care Home, on November 3, 2018, Margaret (Peggy) Brown, aged 77, beloved wife to Sandy, mother to Pauline and Neil, much loved grandmother and great-grandmother. A celebration of Peggy's life will take place at The Boathouse, Pier Road, Kinross, KY13 8UF, on Tuesday, November 13, from 2 p.m., to which all friends and family are cordially invited.
