ADAMS Anne May Adams ('May') was born January 10, 1920, to Alexander and Helen Murray, of Nairn. One of eight siblings. She served her country proudly, as a Predictor Operator with the Auxiliary Territorial Service during WW2, until 1946. In the same year she married the love of her life, James Forbes Adams, at the Royal Hotel, in Nairn and went on to have two children, James Murray Adams and David Alexander Adams. She passed away, peacefully, on October 30, 2019, she is survived by her son James, her grandchildren; Aaron, Joseph, Luke, Richard, Iain, Stuart, Ruth, Mark, Joshua, Peter, Thomas and Samuel, she had five great-grandchildren; Rowan, Phoebe, Arianna, Eva and Alana and is survived by all but Eva. She was deeply devoted to her family and lived a life full of love, laughter and adventure. She was an inspiration to those close to her and will be sorely missed. A service in her memory will be held at Kirkcaldy Crematorium, on Wednesday, November 13, at 2.15 p.m. Family flowers only and donations can be made to the British Red Cross.
