MEARNS On Friday, January 24, 2020, at St Andrew's Church, Arbroath at 2 p.m., thereafter to Parkgrove Crematorium at 3.30 p.m. A celebration and final goodbye for Bailey will take place for everyone who knew and loved him. Dress to impress. We all knew Bailey absolutely loved his clothes, all designers welcome.
