BALLANTYNE Melvin Jean and David would like to thank all family, friends and neighbours for the comfort they obtained from the many cards, letters, telephone calls and flowers received following the recent sad loss of a much loved husband and dad; grateful thanks to all staff at Bank Street Medical Centre, Cupar and to the Richmond Staff for the care given by them to Mel; thanks also to Neil Dorward, to Tanith and to Richard for enabling the family to celebrate Mel's life at the service and to Steven Stewart Funeral Directors for their compassion and professionalism throughout; heartfelt thanks to all who attended the service at Kirkcaldy Crematorium; thank you to Parkinson's U.K. for the tribute paid to Mel by them; finally, thank you for the generous donation of £510 which has been given to Parkinson's U.K.
