MENZIES At home, on May 23, 2020, following a short, hard fought illness, James West (Jimmy), beloved youngest child of the late Sandy and Jessie Menzies, much loved brother of Isobel, Doreen, Aileen, Audrey and Brian, "Uncle Jimmy" to all his nephews, nieces, great-nephews and nieces, also a nephew, cousin, brother-in-law, and a very good friend to many. Funeral private. Jimmy's planned celebration of his life to take place at a later date, however, anyone wishing to pay their respects to him at this time, can do so on Monday, June 1, when his cortege will leave his home at 1.45 p.m., taking "old route" to pass through Dunkeld, Birnam, Bankfoot. If possible, please bring hat and stick (Jimmy's wish).
