Perth and Kinross Council), beloved husband of the late Emily, much loved dad of Kenneth and Elaine, devoted grandad of Katherine, Natalie, Sinead and Scott and great-grandad of Connor, Gabriel and Roman and a loving brother. Funeral private, due to current circumstances.
