RUTHERFORD It is with great sadness we announce the death of Duncan David Rutherford, in Victoria Hospice, Kirkcaldy, on Saturday, February 22, 2014. He was the adored and loving husband of Norma (Mackie), much loved dad to Susan, David and Andrew and son-in-law Colin and proud grandad to Kirsten and Calum. Duncan died peacefully after a very long illness, which he bore with great courage and determination. The funeral will be held in Kirkcaldy Crematorium on Monday, March 3, at 3 p.m., to which all family and friends are invited and will be a celebration of his life, which he lived to the full. Family flowers only, but donations, if desired, can be taken for the Victoria Hospice where he was so well looked after for the four weeks before his death. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him and will never be forgotten. No black ties, please.
