SMITH Audrey, Iain and Alan thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours for their many kind expressions of sympathy, letters and cards received in their recent bereavement; with special thanks to Jack's carers Helen and Fiona for their dedicated help and support and to the Rev.
