BORTHWICK Alison and Bill, together with their families, wish to express their heartfelt gratitude to all relatives and friends who showed sympathy and support in so many ways following the recent sad loss of their mother, Jean; very special thanks to the staff of St Andrews House for their dedication and gentle care over the last three years; grateful thanks to the Very Rev. Alan McDonald for his comforting and uplifting service, to Colin Wightman and his colleagues at Macgregors for their sensitive and efficient handling of the funeral arrangements, to Margaret Pattisson, Joanne and the team for their hospitality at Argyle Court, and finally, to all those who paid their last respects at St Leonard's Church and at the graveside, who gave flowers, sent cards and donated so generously to Children 1st in memory of Jean.
