ALEXANDER John (Jack) (former Town Chamberlain and Registrar of Kirriemuir). Peacefully, after a short illlness, whilst staying in the wonderful care of Abbey House, Kinnordy, in his 94th year, beloved husband of the late Maisie and dearest father of David and Barbara, he was the proud grandfather of Kenneth, Steven and Andrew and a respected friend to many. Funeral service to be held at Kirriemuir Old Parish Church on Thursday, June 4, at 12.15 p.m., followed by a Cremation at Parkgrove Crematorium, Friockheim, at 1.30 p.m., to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only, please, but donations, if so desired, may be made at the church and Crematorium for Abbey House Care Home Comfort Fund.
