CLARK At Murray Royal Hospital, Perth, on Sunday, May 8, 2016, Samuel James (Sam) (formerly of Auchterarder), beloved second eldest son of Peggy and the late Sam, a dearly loved brother and uncle. Funeral service at Perth Crematorium on Tuesday, May 17, at 11.30 a.m., to which all family and friends are invited. Family flowers only, please.
