PHILP Peacefully, at Royal Victoria Hospital, Dundee, on Monday, September 17, 2018, Isabella (Isabel), in her 99th year, a wonderful lady, a loving sister of the late Georgina Young, also a great friend to many over the years and will be sorely missed by all. Funeral service to be held at Dundee Crematorium, on Wed-nesday, September 26, at 2 p.m., to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. No flowers, please. Bright colours can be worn at Isabel's request.
