DORWARD Suddenly, in Ward 5, Royal Victoria Hospital, Dundee, on February 4, 2019, after a long illness bravely borne, with his daughter by his side, David Gilmour Dorward (aged 83 years). David was a devoted huband to the late Irene Margaret Gibson Dorward (nee Henderson), a very much loved dad of Susan Joy Duncan (nee Dorward and Stewart), dear brother of Elizabeth Blair and Jean Dorward and of the late Duncan Dorward, he was a kind father-in-law to Scott Duncan and Bob Stewart. In more recent years, David valued the friendship and support from Wilma Hamilton, Roy McGivney, Jamie Ward and Sheila Duncan, he was a loyal caring and compassionate man who respected all those he met and knew. Funeral service to take place in Dundee Crematorium, on Monday, February 18, 2019 at 2.30 p.m., to which all are respectfully invited. Family flowers only, please.
