FLETCHER Peacefully, after a short illness, at Arbroath Infirmary, on Friday, April 26, 2019, Hugh, aged 78 years, beloved husband of Margaret, much loved dad of Blair and the late Fiona, dear father-in-law of Catherine, loving grandad of Marc, Jessica and Cameron.
