BLACKLAW Suddenly, but peacefully, at Servite House, Monifieth, Philip Blacklaw passed away on Friday, September 6, 2019. Phil was son of the late Jean and Jack Blacklaw, the nephew of Peggy (Margaret) and Doug Keir. He was cousin to John (Keir) and Ian (Falconer). He was a well-known DJ during his lifetime. Funeral service will take place on Thursday, September 19, at 3.30 p.m., in Dundee Crematorium. All who knew him are welcome to attend. No flowers, please; donations, if desired, for the Diabetic Association will be received at the Crematorium.
