BROWN Peacefully, at St Andrews Community Hospital, on Thursday, April 23, 2020, Moira, much loved daughter of the late Robert and Margaret Brown, a dear sister, sister-in-law, aunt and great-aunt. Sadly missed. Funeral private due to current restrictions.
