MAXWELL Tom, aged 81 years, passed away, at home, on Tuesday, September 1, 2020, with his beloved wife Rita by his side, dearly loved dad of David and Lynn, father-in-law of Graeme and devoted grandad of Scott, Lindsay, Jill and Nicola. Tom will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends. Private funeral service will take place on Tuesday, September 15, however, there will be an opportunity for friends and neighbours to pay their respects to Tom as the cortège leaves their home in Kinross at 12.30 p.m.
