DRYDEN Peacefully, on September 21, 2020, William Andrew Soutar (Bill), aged 91, dear husband of Inez, loving father of sally and Christopher, grandpa of Max and step-grandad of Michael and David. Funeral private. Sincere thanks to all staff at Roxburgh House.
