BURGESS Wilma would like to remember Raymond, who passed away, unexpectedly, after an increase in ill health, at Ninewells Hospital, on December 29, 2021, aged 78, father to Donna, grandfather to Dean, Derek and Dale, and great-grandfather to Hallie and David.
