SMITH Peacefully, at Royal Victoria Hospital, Dundee, on Thursday, March 23, 2023, Billy, much loved brother of Jennifer, dear brother-in-law of Sandy, devoted uncle of Louise and Steven and great-uncle of Libby, Harry and Charlie. Funeral service at Dundee Crematorium, on Tuesday, April 11, at 11.30 a.m., to which all friends are invited.
