ROBERTSON James Suddenly, but peacefully, at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, on Friday, June 9, 2023. Jimmy (James Speirs) Robertson, of the Shiells, dearly beloved husband of the late Anne Brunton, father of Susan, Jane and James, father-in-law of Jock, John and Lynne and a much loved grandfather and great-grandfather. Jimmy died as he would have wished, working on the farm till the end. He will be sorely missed by all who loved him. Heartfelt thanks to all at the Howe of Fife Surgery, the Scottish Ambulance Service, the Accident and Emergency Department and Admissions 1, Victoria Hospital. All friends and family are invited to the funeral service, which will take place at Freuchie Parish Church, at 1 p.m., on Monday, June 26, 2023, and thereafter Falkland Cemetery. There will be a retiring collection for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland.
