PAYNE Suddenly, but peacefully, at Ninewells Hospital, on Friday, April 12, 2024, Victor, beloved son of the late Alfred and Blanche and the late Owen, much loved brother of Marjorie and the late Michael and Barbara, a beloved uncle, great-uncle, brother-in-law and friend. He will be greatly missed. At Victor's request, a direct cremation will take place. Thank you to all who contributed to his care in his latter years.
