BLAIR Ethel Peacefully, at Perth Royal Infirmary, on June 11, 2024, Ethel, aged 91 years, beloved wife of the late William (Bill), much loved mum of Marjorie and David, proud grandma of seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren and a good friend to many. Funeral private.
