BOWER It is with great sadness, that we announce the passing of Scarlett Bower, surrounded by family, on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, beloved wife of Ian, adored mother of Stephanie, Lucy and Dominic, fearsome mother-in-law and favourite grandma. Family and friends are invited to wear their brightest colours for a funeral service and celebration of Scarlett's life, on Tuesday, July 30, at 11 a.m., at the service rooms of Sturrock, Comb and Davidson, 102 St Vincent Street, Broughty Ferry, DD5 2EY.
