SCOTT David Jack, aged 66 years (Edinburgh / Rosyth), passed away at St Columba's Hospice on January 4, 2014. A funeral service to be held at Mortonhall Crematorium, Pentland Chapel, on Thursday, January 23, 2014, at 9.30 a.m.
