GUILD Very suddenly, but peacefully, at home in Perth, on Sunday, June 1, 2014, Hazel (nee Don), aged 56 years, beloved partner of Alex, dearly loved mum of Gregg and Emily, much loved granny of Cameron and a dear sister of Jim. Funeral on Monday, June 9, service in Perth Crematorium, at 12.30 p.m., to which all family and friends are respectfully invited.
