McDOUGALL Helen Swayne (nee Bell), beloved wife of the late William (Bill), passed away on Tuesday, August 5, 2014. Helen was the last surviving sibling of the late Andrew and Georgina Bell, of Lochee and St Marys and sister of the late Andrew, Mary, George and Jack who died in infancy. Helen's funeral was private at her own request.
