BUTCHER Ken and Family wish to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours for their many kind expressions of sympathy and cards received during their recent sad loss of Mary; special thanks to the staff of the Scottish Ambulance Service (Monifieth), to the staff at the Admission Department, E.N.T. Theatre and Ward 26, at Ninewells Hospital, to Brian Hart and the staff at Sturrock Comb & Davidson Funeral Directors, the staff at Dundee Crematorium, also the staff at Hotel Broughty Ferry; special thanks to the Very Rev. Dr Francis Bridger and the Rev. Helen Bridger for all their support during this period and for their comforting service at the Crematorium.
