CLARK Teresa (nee Caswell), passed away, peacefully, on June 4, 2015, at 1 a.m., beloved wife of Jim, mother of Jamie, Marjory, Ann-Margaret and Melanie. Requiem Mass, 1.30 p.m., Friday, June 12, at St Andrew's Church, Ravelston EH4 3DS, followed by burial at Dean Cemetery. At Teresa's request, cheerful attire. No flowers, but donations to Hazelwood House. Viewing at William Purves Funeral Directors, Whitehouse Loan, Edinburgh EH9 1BD, on Thursday, June 11, from 2 - 4 p.m. Reception of the body, St Andrew's Church on Thursday, June 11, at 5 p.m.
