MILNE Suddenly, at home in Rattray, on Wednesday, February 8, 2017, Frances, beloved daughter of Mary, cherished mum to the late Debbie, a loving granny of Darren, Samantha and Brandon, sister to the late David. Funeral service in Blairgowrie Parish Church on Tuesday, February 21, at 11 a.m., interment thereafter in Blairgowrie Cemetery, to which all family and friends are invited. Family flowers only, please, but donations to Frances' chosen charity may be given at the church.
