SMITH Peacefully, at Cornhill Macmillan Centre, Perth, on Thursday, June 15, 2017, Vince Smith MBE, of Blairgowrie (formerly Tayside Police), beloved husband of Anne, much loved father of Robert and Steven, dear father- in-law of Gillian and Jill, dearly loved grandad of Eilidh, Stuart, Riona, Andrew and Ruairidh, dearest brother of Anne, Miriam and the late Aileen, a dear brother-in-law and a loved uncle. Funeral arrangements later.
